Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations

On our home page, you will see the “Reserve” option. It will lead you to our bounce houses and other rentals. Once you decide what you would like to rent, you can click to schedule. You will pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. In the event that there is a cancellation due to unforeseen events, we do offer the ability to reschedule your rental within 12 months of your original event date, based on availability. Balances are due the day of your event, before set up. Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, and PayPal.

We offer free delivery!

Set up and Breakdown

Please allow up to 2 hours before and after your event for set up and break down (This will not be included in your rental time). Our team will do all of the heavy lifting. Play spaces will only be set up on solid, level ground. We do not accommodate areas with sand, gravel, tanbarks, extremely dirty or uneven surface. Please ensure there will be a space available to meet this requirement. Clean, flat, dry grass is ok.

Clients are responsible for making sure the rental will fit in the space prior to booking. We will do our best to accommodate a smaller space but there will be no refunds for equipment that will not fit.

Bounce houses require access to a dedicated outlet. Please keep that in mind when booking. We are not able to provide generators at this time.

Our final pickup time is 7pm. Later pickup times are available for an additional fee.

Forecast

All play space set ups are subject to appropriate weather conditions. If rain or high winds are forecasted during your event, please have an alternate indoor area prepared. When we arrive for an outdoor event and there is rain, we will NOT set up. If we need to reschedule due to these conditions, your deposit will be used for the next chosen date.

Age Range

Our play yard equipment is suited for crawlers through preschool years.

Our full sized bounce houses are suitable for all ages.

Adult supervision is always required.

Play Area Rules

  • No shoes

  • No food, gum or drinks

  • No sharp objects (keys, badges, etc).

  • No face paint, temporary tattoos, etc.

  • No ink, pens, paints, slime of any kind.

  • No glitter or confetti

  • No more than 8 children at a time

  • Play yard equipment, balls, and hoppers are all to remain inside the play area.

  • Balls must be inside ball pit upon our arrival

  • Adult supervision required at all times.

Insurance

We carry general liability insurance. A liability waiver will be required to be completed upon booking.

AM Gatherings LLC and its employees accept no responsibility for any injuries caused while playing on the equipment.

Any damage or extraordinary cleaning due to misuse of the equipment will be subject to additional fees based on severity.
